While doing research i found to that a man called Albert Imre Szent-Gyorgyi, a Hungarian biochemist, was the first to isolate vitamin C, and his research on biological oxidation provided the basis for Krebs’ citric acid cycle.

Apparently here is one standard reference work that has enjoyed uninterrupted popularity for nearly 50 years: the Biochemical Pathways Wall Chart. Roche’s version, spanning two enormous posters, provides a graphical overview of the most important biochemical pathways all in one place.
