This booklet was created by the Southern Health and social care trust. Its quite a big booklet A4 in size. It covers 5 suggestions for well being. What i liked about this particular booklet was the personal journey at the end. So the user can be held accountable each week as they have to write down what the have done for each section.
The booklet has the theme that the steps are the mental health equivalent to the “5 a day” for fruit and veg. With an explanation on each of the following topics, followed by questions of how to implement these things
